New Google Friend Connect

Please join my site using googles new friend connect social networking webapp. It looks really sweet. Let me know your out there and join up.

I will be making a more permanent area for the comments here, but for the time being, I thought that having it front and center might draw at least some attention to it. I think you have to join my site to post a comment, but I'm not sure. As far as I know, I wont span you or anything if you choose to join. Best Acid3 test compare ever

So I decided to do an acid3 test on all my browsers that I have on my computer here and I came across a kinda funny thing between IE 5.55 and IE7. Click the picture to see the full size. The higher the "score" the closer the browser is to the coding standards.

The top is IE 7 and and the bottom is IE 5.55


And just because I can, I'm going to put a screen shot of what my personal favorite browser scores on the acid3 test. Opera is awesome.

New Place

Yay. Second Update. I am awesome. We have some big news to share. We bought a house. Well a mobile actually, but its the size of a small house. 1061 sq. ft., new laminate floors, 5 new appliances (including washer, dryer, fridge, stove, and dishwasher), and a hot tub (not sure what's happening with it though. needs some repair but the body is in relatively good shape). We love it. It's ours, along with the mortgage, but that's okay. I posted a picture walkthrough of the place in the photos section. You should totally go check it out. And what makes it even better is that we don't have to deal with our evil old landlord again. That just tops the cake completely. Myrica's been doing an absolutely wonderful job moving us in (I have a problem with finding places for things, so she directs me where to put things. It works out really good). She's also prepping her resume for a job search. There is a place just like Aim Hi here in Smithers. I think she would be a perfect fit for the job, so lets all cross our fingers and give her the support she needs in finding a job that she likes and that suites what she wants to do. I've always thought that unless you're in a situation where you need a job to get by, you should always be in a job that you really like. If you aren't, then you're not going to have a very happy home life either. That's what I think al least. Anyways. That's all for this update. Hope you all are well. ttyl.

Welcome

Well here we go again. Hopefully this site will be updated more. I'm hving some fun on it now though. I have just put in place an open source photo gallery that is frigging awesome. its fast and it works really good. I love it. I still have yet to get all the links up and working on here, but that will come. I have posted some of our wedding pics as the first gallery on here. I thought it would be nice to show these off. Oh and we have BIG news, but nothing is in stone just yet, so I will have to tell you in my next update. Hope you enjoy the pics.
